This was my first time experiencing self check in and it went by smooth with assistance (that was because I didn’t read my Airbnb messages for check in code). The hotel was clean and I loved the water view right in front of every room and it also has a pathway to take a walk behind the hotel. The only downside is the walls are thin. But other than that I would stay here again next time I visit Traverse city
