Fun stay for a large group of 4 families

Overall, it was a great place for our group of 16. The house was quite spacious. The living room and kitchen were large and had a lot of seating. The hot tub and sauna was a nice way to relax and decompress. One thing to keep in mind when booking is the total number of beds. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with 5 king beds, two bunks, and two pull out sofas. The main floor has the master bedroom with a king bed and pull out sofa. The downstairs has one bedroom with a queen bed and a side room with a pull out sofa. There is a total of 15 beds (not 16 as advertised). There are a few couches that can be slept on. There’s some maintenance that could be done to fix some of the recliners in the couches and the table on the deck. Again, overall this was a great place for a large group.

We loved our stay in Poconos. We expected the house to have 5 full baths, which wasn’t true, but we were able to adjust. We were a large group and the house had everything we needed and more.

The property is very nice and perfect for a large group. Plenty of seating area and areas to relax in. The pantry is well stocked, the sleeping arrangements are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good. There are a few items that could be fixed/updated but nothing that will effect your stay. The owner was very responsive and the location of the home is right off the highway and near stores. We stayed in the winter, but will be back in the summer to leverage the pool!

Unfortunately the jacizzi was unable to be used but over all it is a beautiful property. Lots of space for our large group, never felt crowded. The sauna was great after a day spent outside in the cold. There were a few items that needed fixing/updating but over all it was a very nice stay.
