I’ve stayed in this building before and the location is 5-star amazing. The view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom is like a surreal fantasy ; it’s that captivating and beautiful. World class, truly. The apartment itself is very clean and all the appliances work well, but it’s very dated and long in the tooth. We did have ant trails on the kitchen floor that Kathy was very responsive in attending to — but it was still disappointing. Also, the main TV is a relic and doesn’t have modern apps to stream anything. But for the price, you cannot beat the location which is right on the beach, and you can watch rocket launches from the balcony. Can’t beat the view and location.

This is a direct ocean front condo. The views are amazing. Clean, comfortable and safe with a locked entryway. Please be advised that you have to check in by 9:00 pm or there is no one available to let you into the building.
