Beautiful home. Beautiful views. Private. Easy access to beach. Watched sunrise from the home.
Maintenance was quick to respond.
Refrigerator is a subzero and it took my husband to open it.
No pantry but a utility closet beside the kitchen which worked well for a pantry.

Location, location, location! Beautiful spot! Little disappointing that while the kitchen is well stocked with plates, pans and utensils the only thing in the kitchen cabinet was salt and pepper. Also, zero cleaners. All glass tables and no glass cleaner to be found. Great gas range with nothing to clean it with either. Other crazy thing is there is not a hanger to be found and no dressers in most bedrooms (I think there is one on the whole second floor) so I had to live out of a suitcase for a week. A few bikes would be nice too. So, while the house and location is great it can definitely be improved upon for the price paid. I would totally stay there again, I will just have to pack up more stuff from home to lug up several flights of stairs as the rather extensive house rules make you scared to use the elevator……
