A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment itself had a great jacuzzi on the rooftop with views of Tulum, a large and updated bathroom, laundry, and lovely amenities. Right outside, there are multiple fantastic restaurants and stores, plus groceries were just a few minutes drive down the road. The host was very friendly and was always available to help. All in all a perfect spot to stay if you are traveling to Tulum!

Nice rental, a bit expensive, but offers 90% of the things you need. Came on a Tuesday around 3:45pm. Stayed 4 nights. Overall good. Host did not great us, directions were sent via app. Had a decent issue during our first night, someone before us left the jacuzzi on and it would not turn off. It’s on the third level and you can hear everything in the bedroom below. I had to resolve it with their direction, as no one could come at that time. Rental is lacking a few things and spacing is not conducive to multiple people (2) in the unit. The sink is small and has no counter space, and only one person can brush their teeth or get ready at the same time. Only one tiny mirror. The shower is designed in a way, where the floor gets soaked if you have even the slightest crack in the door, ask for extra towels. No filtered water available, only two bottles of comp water. If you’re going to have a washer/dryer, at least provide the detergent. Also, no blankets outside of the comforter.

We loved our stay at Xalet. Isaac is great host. The place is beautiful and the apartment is really nice. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV with lots of channels Netflix Amazon etc little patio with table and chairs. Bed super comfortable and nice bathroom. The two guys in reception are really nice and helpful. We loved it. Exactly as the pictures!
