Great location near stores, restaurants, and a lovely park. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and very comfortable communal living space. Met all our needs over an extended stay.

We stayed here for a month with our young toddler. The location is a duplex with a car gate and pedestrian gate and felt very safe. The immediate neighborhood is safe and welcoming and we walked around during the day no problem, though would avoid walking the main road at the end of the neighborhood at night. We found the interior to be quite spartan, it looks like the photos but lacked a bit of warmth that would make it feel like a home for a longer period of time. There was still quite a bit of dust when we arrived but we cleaned ourselves. The manager and the maintenance man were very helpful and responsive such as replacing air filters within the day to reduce the air contamination from the wildfires that occurred while we were there. The location is very central in LA to make it both west and east easily.
