The house was clean and welcoming - the hot chocolate bar and games in the kids room were a nice touch. Great location with good proximity to Massenutten key locations.

The tv in the living room didn’t work. I messaged them and they said the direct tv box just needed to be turned on. I couldn’t find the box, they said it was behind the tv but I looked, it also would’ve been a hard reach as the tv is mounted over the fireplace. The outlets in the master bathroom didn’t work. Some of the dishes were dirty when pulling them out of the cabinet. Overall was a good stay, there were just these things that stood out.
