Good value, great location.

Home was spacious and had listed amenities and rooms. Guests have use of the nearby hotel amenities (spa, pool, etc) which is a nice plus—no self check in, but the concierge offered to meet us at the house to let us in and provide a tour. The home itself was a bit dated inside and many items were not working well or at all (fireplaces, light bulbs out, doors stuck) which is why I gave fewer stars for “value.” Lots of stairs; be mindful if you have older guests. Overall a nice place to stay for big groups.

We recently stayed at the Vail Residence at Cascade Village and were impressed by the experience. The condo is supported by the staff at the Grand Hyatt who were responsive and helpful. The condo itself was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the mountains. The condo was close to the Grand Hyatt (2 minute walk) so we could easily pop over to the pool or to grab a drink. I highly recommend this condo!

Great spot. We were there for a wedding happening at the grand Hyatt so the location was perfect for us. Only complaint is host doesn’t communicate during our stay, the hotel concierge is our go to for things we might need but the phone number we were given took several tries to reach. Also a random employee walked in to give us a welcome letter on the second day, did not knock and just unlocked the front door with his key. I don’t think he spoke English but does raise some safety concerns.
