We really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo in the gated community of Punta Mita. The condo is as pictured and beautifully decorated. There is a huge outdoor patio with different seating areas. The two main bedrooms are very spacious and the small bunk room is suitable for a small child. The daily breakfast was delicious and such as nice treat. This condo is located close to town and central to many of the beach clubs, walking/biking path etc. which made it easy to get around by bike or golf cart. The condo building itself was a bit noisy given it was spring break so many families and kids/teens around but this made it fun for our kids also. This unit does not face the pool, rather it faces the road which can be a bit noisy especially in the mornings with the various delivery and 'work' trucks. Our Concierge was very responsive and helpful and would get back to me within minutes to help out. Highly recommend Vallarta Rentals.

My husband and I had an amazing three-night stay at this condo and absolutely fell in love with it! The location in Zona Romántica is unbeatable—everything you need is just a quick, enjoyable walk away.
The showstopper has to be the rooftop pool. It’s absolutely breathtaking, and the best part? You can order food and drinks while you soak in the views. We spent an entire day up there, and it was pure paradise.
The condo itself is sleek, modern, and spotless—truly a home away from home. The only thing to mention is that it’s on the second floor, so there’s some street noise in the living room. The bedroom, however, is totally peaceful. It didn’t bother us at all, but if you need complete silence, this might not be the spot for you.
Andres, our host, went above and beyond. We were greeted with delicious margaritas and fresh guacamole—such a fantastic touch! He even helped us book relaxing massages, making our stay extra special.
