Wonderful place, in a great location... Spacious rooms and everything we needed for our party of 6. We did melt a bit at 32 degrees, and the fans can only stop much, but I guess it can't be helped... And, maybe, it could do with more confortable seating in the living room. All in all, a real gem.

This apartment is in a great location for Venice. It is off a side street next to a canal, and there are many shops and restaurants in a short walk. it was also less than 10 minutes walk to and from the train station. There is a water taxi station right by the apartment. I would choose to stay somewhere else just because there was no a.c., dryer, or frills. It is a good place for one or two...

This was a great place, perfect for our needs. Very spacious, better even than the pictures, and the mix of automatised communication and personal attention worked pretty well. It's a quiet neighbourhood with few shops, but a couple of very nice places to eat, and a real 'locals' feeling around the park in front of the building. It's well connected via the vaporetto as well. So a really lovely...
