The check-in is super easy. During the whole stay, we have a contact number with the host. Their responses are very fast. The suit is clean and nicely set up. It has pretty much everything we need for cooking. The balcony has a fantastic view. Through the whole stay, we feel the building is very safe. The parking lot is a big plus. Most of all, it is very close (walking distance) to downtown, inner harbour and Beacon Hill Park. We are very happy about this place and would like to stay again for our visit in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo but unfortunately we had an issue with one of the appliances that could’ve been handled better.
With our stay being almost 4 months and paying $20,000 I would’ve expected the appliance to be fixed in a timely manner which it was not.

As a travel nurse here for a 6 week contract, I was more than pleased with this airbnb! It required everything I needed for a long-term stay i.e tupperware, pots/pans, blankets etc. Check in process was smooth and they were very accommodating! The apartment itself is located in a great location, a 10 min walk to the downtown core and nearby stores (London Drugs across the street). The gym is incredible and is located on the same floor, just a few steps from the door.
P.S Victoria apartments often don't have A/C, this apartment can get a little stuffy at times. Windows open and fans on are a must!

Great location and close to a number of transit routes. Close to many local parks and attractions, shopping, transit and any number of routes into Victoria city center. Great hosts and very responsive to inquires in a timely manner. The suite was very clean, quite, easy to get to with secure underground parking. Exactly as pictured. Nice big kitchen and modern appliances. Would not hesitate to recommend this location.
