We had a very pleasant stay in the house! Paolo was very friendly and very supportive, for example he sent us recommendations for restaurants etc. in the area. He was also flexible regarding the check-in time, and this was a huge relief for us because our flight arrived already early in the morning.
The house was exactly like described. The internet was fast and stable, I worked from home some days and had no issues. There were also had some small amenities, e.g. power socket adapters that came very handy.
The location is private and in a quiet area. It's great for using the outside terrace and for going for walks for example. It's a little bit out of town, so a car or bike is definitely needed if you want to stay there.

Die Unterkunft ist gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet und liegt nahe am Meer (allerdings ist für Besorgungen und ähnliches ein Auto oder zumindest ein Fahrrad notwendig). Vorallem aber sind Paolo und Giovanna ganz nette und hilfsbereite Menschen, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben.

Ein wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem unbeschreiblich schönen Blick über die atemberaubende Landschaft. Unsere Gastgeber:innen waren sehr freundlich und sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht. Da die Heizung nicht so gut funktionierte, wurde schnell eine Lösung mit Heizgeräten gefunden. (Wir waren im Winter da, aber die Außentemperaturen lagen immer zwischen 9 und 20 Grad). Die Zufahrt ist wirklich sehr steil und hat einige enge Kurven. Mit dem SUV ist das aber gut zu meistern. Wir können das Quartier nur empfehlen.

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe von 15 Personen plus Baby über Silvester in der Unterkunft. Der Blick auf das Meer war wunderschön und das Gelände ist se her schön und weiterläufig! Leider war der Pool nicht in Betrieb (was nicht richtig kommuniziert wurde und ein downgrade für die Unterkunft darstellt) und er war zur Hälfte mit grünen Wasser gefüllt, was leicht muffig roch. Der Vermieter war super nett, brachte uns einmal Pizza und Frühstück und entsorgte den Müll. Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab genügend Stühle/Liegen für 15 Leuten.
Leider lief die Spülmaschine bei der Benutzung immer mal wieder aus. Dadurch war der Bereich vor der Küchenzeile immer feucht. Bei diesem Preis müssen die Geräte schon funktionieren und eine zweite Spülmaschine wäre auch hilfreich. Die Qualität der Matratzen war sehr unterschiedlich (von sehr bequem bis zu dünn). In einem Bad war die Dusche bei normaler Benutzung undicht.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle und erholsame Zeit.

Nous avons passé plus d'un mois merveilleux a la maison des vingt fruits , et nous ne pourrions pas être plus satisfaits de notre expérience ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, et nous avons immédiatement eu l'impression d'être chez nous.
La maison est spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée aux familles. Nos enfants ont adoré jouer dans la piscine, qui était un véritable havre de paix, surtout pendant les journées ensoleillées. Les jardins environnants sont magnifiques et offrent une vue à couper le souffle sur la campagne sicilienne.
Nous avons également apprécié la proximité des plages et des charmants villages siciliens, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la culture locale et de savourer la délicieuse cuisine. Sophie et Alberto ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, toujours disponibles pour nous donner des conseils sur les endroits à visiter et les restaurants à essayer.
