Muy buena ubicación en el casco antiguo y al lado del paseo marítimo. Calle peatonal y tranquila. El apartamento pequeñito pero todo limpio, moderno y cuidado. El split de aire calentó el apartamento enseguida (estancia en Diciembre). Los vecinos de los otros apartamentos respetuosos, sin juergas ni líos. Tuvimos un problema para entrar al apartamento (estábamos girando la llave pero no utilizando la manivela). Nos atendieron por whasap inmediatamente y vinieron a abrirnos en pocos minutos. En fin, que todo muy bien.

Es un tercero sin ascensor pero son escaleras muy asequibles de subir, no se hacen pesadas.
