Vicky was super friendly and enthusiastic from the start. The room was clean and sunny, just noisy because it’s near the motorcycle bridge that a lot of other reviews mention. On arrival, the bathroom’s drain was leaking and there were ants, but they fixed everything they could quickly to the best of their abilities. The laundry service was quick and good. The room is true to pictures—nice and big with comfortable beds. Note that the bicycle for rent is broken, but you can rent next door for the same price.
They gave me fish and rice when I was sick and let us check out a little late. They also gave us snacks and sandwiches for checkout. Very kind people run this place and it’s walkable to the ancient town. Thank you so much again!

A lovely 5* air bnb but not a 5* hotel. It depends what you're looking for. We loved it. Vicky was extremely helpful and organised trips and taxis for us and even sent us off to the airport with some free lunch!
We checked in late and there was someone still waiting for us after midnight. The room was a family room which looked like the photo but perhaps not quite as newly painted. It was clean, tidy and suitable.
The location was good and there was plenty to see.

The stay is next to a bridge so, you can hear bikes but not every night was loud.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, the place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located.The room was very comfortable, clean, spacious, great light and ventilation. But what truly made our experience special was our host, Vicki, she was proactive, helpful, and always approachable with a warm smile. Vicki went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, providing us with great recommendations and assistance whenever we needed it. Sweet gestures like seeing us off with bhan mi sandwiches and water to ensure comfortable departure were thoughtful and kind on her part. We would highly recommend the place.

We loved our stay at Vicky’s place. From the beginning she was very warm and helpful. She gave many local recommendations and even ordered us banh mi from the famous banh mi queen delivered right to us. Was definitely above and beyond service. The location was great, just enough outside of the busy streets and by the river, while also being very walkable.
I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Hoi An.
