Host was incredibly responsive and proactive in assisting us throughout the stay. However, the hotel itself had terrible service and if we hadn’t had the host to use as a mediator we would have had a miserable time. There was long waits at the front desk and in 4 days of staying at the hotel we could never reach anyone by phone from the room whenever we called. Overall the host made sure we were comfortable and compensated wherever the hotel lacked.

l appartement est spacieux, la literie confortable, cependant la deuxième chambre est située a côté d une soufflerie, certainement le système de climatisation, donc très bruyant. En cherchant un logement entier sur air bnb je pensais y trouver une cuisine, je me suis rendue compte après que c était écrit mais très discrètement. Il s agit en fait d une chambre/ suite d hôtel pas d un appartement. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel de l'hôtel est rentré à plusieurs reprises sans frapper, ce qui est dérangeant pour des femmes seules de voir un homme entrer, je ne parle pas de femme de ménage mais de personne de maintenance. Sinon ma mère a fait un malaise la réception nous a envoyé une ambulance 3h plus tard, j imagine que c est la faute du 911... Heureusement tout c est bien terminé.
