This rental is exactly what it describes...a place for outdoor enthusiasts. It is a "no frills" place but has everything you need for a stay next to the beach! It is stocked with a good assortment of cookware and utensils and plenty of towels. We are low maintenance ppl and found it to be wonderful. Our friends stayed in a more expensive "updated" place but did not have all the cookware we had....

Amazing location, clean house, responsive host , AC worked great. Short walk to world class kitesurfing… what else could you ask for ?! Will come again for sure , thx Real!

Absolutely fabulous Location the building has awesome potential to be amazing as well. Great communication from management group responded to every issue immediately. The location is second to none. They did say they were going to take care of the Palmetto bugs and the air conditioning issue for future renters. I feel confident they will do that.

This was our second time staying at watermans retreat. I absolutely love that there is no tv. The area is very quiet, right near the beach. The snorkeling is amazing!!!! It's a short drive to stores and other beaches. A garbage truck took out a power pole behind our airbnb. The property manager was great, brought a cooler for us to put our food in.
