Enjoyed our stay here. Host was very helpful and came out and sorted wifi for us.

We loved the chalet, especially the kids with the thoughtful additions of games, toys and dvds. The playground right outside was an added bonus. It was raining fairly heavily and the park was flooded, was worried about the car as in some spots it was really deep however the park officials were really sweet and helpful and helped us get out with minimal trouble. There was a very strong mouldy/ dusty smell from both the kitchen cabinets and the cupboard in the room so we didn't use them at all. Bedding was fabulous, very clean, so was the apartment and the kitchen was very well equipped. My son was thrilled with the welcome goodies in the basket and we would definitely come to stay again but hopefully in the summer when we can enjoy the seashore and the nature reserve next door. The one thing that we didn't really like was the fact that there was no extra toilet paper. Easily remedied but not at 1 am ! Very comprehensive proactive communication with windrush.
