This chalet was exceptional, everything was spotlessly clean, The decor is modern, clean and unfussy however some really nice attention to details, like the light switches in the bedrooms, most Chalets have pull cords by the door here they have found a solution and have switches by the bed… a silly little thing really however it shows the attention to detail they’ve gone too. I also liked the Little Radio in the kitchen, I didn’t use it however again I thought it was a nice touch. My only slight negative and this wasn’t a major issue for my weekend as I rearranged the crockery cupboard was kitchen storage for my food provisions. A additional shelf within the upper cupboards can easily be added to remedy this.
This is a super bright light and airy Chalet, I couldn’t think of anything I needed that it didn’t have. They have completely Nailed it, Back of Net! I’d wholeheartedly recommend this Chalet in a heartbeat!

The cottage was in A1 condition throughout, and well set up with pots pans and numerous house hold items .
A super dog box containing a towel blanket treats a really nice touch .
Adjacent to the cottage is the large field with stunning views from the top. Ideal to take a short walk , or sit at the top at the picnic table .
Situated between the Broads and Sea ideally placed and well connected. Highly recommended

Had a lovely week here. We went at the end of February, so a lot of places still closed. But we went for the peace and quiet, which is exactly what we got. Host was very friendly and text with good instructions. Also text the evening before our arrival to say we could get in earlier than the 16:00 check in, as the cleaners had finished. Was very helpful. The home is perfect. Lots of space and very clean. My only small gripe was with the en-suite shower cubicle in the double bedroom. I’m not the thinnest person , but not also the largest. Getting into the shower was a struggle. The door swings in and you have to squeeze past the door, which rubbed my belly. Same as getting out again. Other than that, we had a really nice stay. Everything is provided. Coffee maker, air fryer, microwave and a dishwasher, including tablets. We couldn’t find a vacuum cleaner. We like to give the rooms a once over before we leave, but was unable to do so.

Our stay was just what we needed to unwind. The cottage was fabulous with all that you need. 2 sofas so you all have a seat. Plenty of clean kitchen utensils if you choose to cook at home, like we did. 2 bathrooms was a bonus as each couple had their own bathroom. The garden is a beautiful enclosed garden, which wraps around the cottage, with garden furniture too. Just a 1 min walk is Fishermans Rest, a great place for a drink and/or food. Prices were average but portions big. Passed the pub and you come to a Premier shop, which is handy to pick up a few items, although we had a Tesco delivery on our first night. Nearby is a fantastic cafe serving a great menu. There is also a small post office within the cafe. A couple of doors down is the chip shop. What more can you need, only there is more. Literally 5 mins walk from the cottage is a lovely dog friendly beach, which we walked all the way to Caister. Perfect property and location.
