The location is good and very close to the city centre, train station and queens gate bus stations. The landlord/manger was very responsive and helpful. They let us to have flexible move in and move out time.
However, the room was not exactly the same as photos shown in the ad. Whereas the description says that the place has Wi-Fi, we could not use it during our stay as it was not working.

Overall the place was good, room and furniture etc pristine. Location convenient for train station and town. Parking could be tricky as most are residential only. Great communication from the host. Only complaint would be noise from other guest(s) as I happened to have a night owl directly upstairs who insisted on having the tv on full blast and stomping around till 3am. Unfortunately you cant help but hear everything. Ironically, no tv in the rooms.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it remains my first choice when visiting Peterborough. Fantastic place, clean and looks exactly as shown in the picture. The host is gracious and remained helpful throughout my stay.
The room was spacious and had an extra heater to warm up the room quicker. The location is excellent.

I have stayed at the location at least three times before , and recommend it. Microwave, fridge, prep area all useful. I did not used the shared kitchen on this visit, but it allows you to cook your meals if needed. Bus #4 or Bus #2 stops are nearby with easy connections around the area.
