Very nice villa with pool and surroundings in the Tuscan countryside a short drive from local villages and eateries. Puccini villa was very spacious and a relaxing holiday for our grown-up family of four. Very easy to drive to Tuscan towns including Siena, Volterra and Sam Gimignano through scenic attractive countryside. Around 1 hour drive from Pisa Airport. We also used the Empoli train station and parking to catch a 30 minute train into Florence. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The other villas were occupied by other guests when we were there but we felt like we had ample space to ourselves and in the shared pool and garden. We will bring our own condiments, spices and oil for the kitchen next time as we did not realise they do not provide it as some hosts do.

Magnificent authentic Poggio in the Chianti hills. The farm house in the middle of a wonderful uliveto and vineyard, on top of a hill with breathtaking views of the Tuscany country. The small restaurant in the complex served us amazing food and they also have Gluten Free options for coeliac guests.
On request they will organise guided tours of their vineyard and a wine and olive oil tasting.

L’appartamento è come nelle foto. La zona molto tranquilla e molto vicina alle spiagge. A 10 minuti di macchina da Follonica e a 20 da Castiglione della Pescaia. La residenza ha una piscina molto carina. L’host molto gentile e disponibile, sempre attiva.
Lo consiglio vivamente.
L’host ha organizzato una cena/grigliata per il 15 Agosto con tutti gli altri ospiti, è stato una cosa molto carina.
