We had an issue locating the correct entry way upon arriving as the letters for the stairway are completely invisible in the dark. The telephone number provided to contact upon arrival did not answer but Zen replied very promptly to a message and provided help with entry.
The second issue was that despite two emails in advance requesting both bedrooms to be made up this wasn’t the case and we had to find spare bed linen and make up the second room ourselves and found a bag of dirty laundry left there too!
Overall we really enjoyed the stay, the area felt very safe for 2 female travellers and a 30 min walk to the centre of the city.
