🤔 How Does It Work?

For now, we are only tracking 40 companies, but we are verifying more large management firms to add. We have been collecting short-term rental data since 2020, majority of our occupancy rate and booked daily rate data is coming from monitoring the booking activities on Airbnb. When it comes to short-term rentals, most of the listings are managed by individual hosts who have less than 5 listings. Still, this top companies performance could show how the market is performing.
