Understanding Average Daily Rate (ADR)

Average Daily Rate shows the median booked nightly rate of Airbnb listings in the market. It includes total service fees (guest + host) but excludes cleaning fees and extra guest fees.

Listings unavailable for booking for 90 or more days in the past 12 months, as well as listings with no booking history during this period, are excluded.
