We stayed at this place for a bit over a month, and loved it's location as it was close to TONS of great restaurants, bars and grocery stores. It was also a short drive to a few parks and only about 15 minute drive to the mountains. We did have an issue with the internet, but it was resolved quickly and it was a COX issue and not the hosts'. It's a small apartment, but it was cozy and the bed was comfortable.

Good, clean and safe place to stay near the strip in Las Vegas. 20 minute walk from apartment door to the corner of Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd, weather permitting. Everything worked fine and the place looked exactly as pictured. 702 Housing was very responsive and accommodating. Excellent host. There were a couple minor issues when I checked in regarding some burnt out lights and they arranged for someone to fix them right away (although, as it turned out, the handyman did not arrive on time)
Kitchen was very well stocked with good pots, pans, dishes, knives and and appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Plenty of everything. The A/C unit works well but is loud. There is some train noise day and night, no horns, but rumbling of cars. WiFi was spotty even though cable modem/router is in the apartment. It worked OK with my iPhone and notebook, but not well with my iPad. Slow connection was not great for streaming. Lots of stairs on walkways around the complex.
