La résidence est assez calme, une place de parking privée est comprise dans la location
L'appartement est bien équipé et les équipements sont récents, il manquerait selon nous un parasol/store pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse en fin de journée (un fil à linge tendu avec serviettes pendues dessus fait l'affaire). Un ventilateur serait un plus également.
Pour ce qui est de l'agence qui gère l'appartement, tout était parfait, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Également contact très facile et très bonne réactivité lors des échanges par mail. Nous recommandons.
