There were lots of towels, but a pack of shampoo and body wash stuffs was not enough for 4 people 3days. I believe the same amount may be served for 1 night with less people. I hope this matter be better. Overall, it's great place.

-jaccuzzi was not working for majority of our stay.
-pool is not heated. though, I don't see this as an issue. Just providing information.
-bathroom is not very clean, or at least, it does not feel clean. I think they cleaned it as best as they could. it just feels old and a bit nasty (especially the tub)
-the floors were clean but felt like it could have used deep hot steam cleaning.
-youll hear the elevators but only in the bathroom.
-you hear everything outside. if someone is loud outside, you'll hear them all. in my case, someone was partying it up.
-you will smell someone smoking even though it's no smoking.
I listed the con of my stay but I still very well recommend this place. a lot of it is not the host fault.
