The drive to the place is very anxiety-inducing, HOWEVER, this place is guarded 24/7 with people at the gate and they are on it. The area was beautiful, the yard is sloped, so maybe not perfect for kids, but we didn't have any, so relaxing on the deck was amazing every morning. The parking is very small and there are strict rules on no street parking, so we did have to park crooked. The home was beautiful and spacious, had fun beach stuff to use which worked perfectly for us, and everything was so clean. Easy to check in, the host is very responsive and helpful with any questions. Absolutely no complaints, outside of the AC can't go below 72, but that was only an issue for one person in our group, no one else had any issues. Quiet time is strict, but I'm sure that's to benefit the wildlife and we were very happy hearing all the amazing birds without disruptions from others. This place is perfect for a large group and we felt safe the entire time!
