Excellent location and nice clean apartment. Be aware that owner requesting 50 euros for the keys if check in time is after 8 pm. There is no clean kitchen sponge, or hand soap in the bathroom, or dishwasher tablet to run last load of dishes in the apartment . Double bed in masters bedroom is actually 2 singles put together and bed linens were clean but very old.
Mattresses old and uncomfortable. Nice underground parking just next to the apartment and it is about 20 euros a day.

We had a great time staying in Antonio's apartment in downtown Marbella. The apartment is in a fantastic location; literally 1 minute's walk to the beach and corniche. There are plenty of local supermarkets, including a Carrefour about 10 minutes walk away, which is ideal if you're self catering. The Old Town of Marbella is also a 10 min walk away, and it's one of the most beautiful areas of the city. The apartment block has a full time concierge to meet you when you arrive, and they were always friendly and helpful. It also has a lift if you have heavy bags. The apartment itself is bright and clean, with a great balcony that gives views of the sea. The bed is a good size and nice and firm, and the kitchen area has just about everything you'd need. The host, Antonio, is very polite and helpful, and always responds to messages quickly. We had a 5.30pm taxi booked on our final day, and Antonio immediately offered us a late check out and use of the apartment all day. Gracias Antonio!
