The communication was good, although we had a problem in the beginning, as the address in the ad didn't match with anything in G Maps, and it was a little back and fourth to get that right.
However, one thing that was unpleasant for us is that it can get quite noisy from the upstairs neighbors: due to the architecture of the house, I suppose, you hear "stomping" and moving chairs amd whatnot ... which in our case was sometimes until late at night.
To be clear: OBVIOUSLY, this is not the host's fault, and they offered to adress it with the neighbors right away, which I declined:
The neighbors did nothing wrong, and I did not want trouble with them.
Probably there has to be a talk in the future and then it will be better for sure 😀
