The Host was very kind and responsive. However, the hostel staffs are not calibrated. 1 receptionist instructed us that the room was not ready, so we waited for 37 minutes. When I followed up, one staff said that it was already ready a while ago. So, why ask us to wait when it was already ready. Another staff was not open for questions. I am asking about the curfew and she keeps on going away while I am talking. Overall, the place was nice, clean, peaceful, walking distance from sm and burnham park. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Snacks are free. You can also order grabfood and eat it inside. There's a landromat, coffee shop, pharmacy and grocery at ground floor. Easy to get Grabcar and taxi. E-jeep are also accessible.

The cleanliness and comfort exceeded my expectations, and the overall ambiance was impressive. — While the experience was overwhelmingly positive, I believe there is room for improvement in customer service. Specifically, the receptionist could benefit from being more approachable and friendly, even during busy or demanding times, to further enhance guest satisfaction.
Despite this, I highly recommend this place. A special mention goes to Kuya Jix, whose exceptional hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to accommodate me and kindly invited me to join him for breakfast, creating a warm and welcoming experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

My stay in this hostel was great! The security was astounding because they require and provide codes before you can check in. I like how quiet the place can be, but sometimes you have to be too quiet since other can hear when you talk above your breath. The place is clean and there's a cafe on the top floor which was really cozy, too. It's a great place if you're looking for a stay for the night or two. Oh, and it's easy to located as well. Very close to Session Rd.
