We had great difficulty in finding the apartment. Location provided by airbnb is not correct and host dropped location pin too late. I wish they provided location earlier. Apartment location is good. Not too far from the train station, only 2 bridge to cross. It's little far from attractions but walkable. Waterbus stop to airport is very close to apartment. Apartment was clean and decent size for 4 people. Beds were ok. Kitchen essentials were heavily used and in bad shape. No coffee/tea, sugar, oil etc. which any airbnb usually provides, no extra towel or pillow either. No Nespresso machine. No communication from host while our stay. Overall we felt that host tried to squeeze every penny they can.

Overall a very enjoyable experience. Apartment was very clean and private. We visited in the winter and the heating was excellent and adjustable. Apartment is away from the busiest parts of Venice but is easily accessible on the waterbus or by walking. There is a waterbus stop very close by and some excellent restaurants/bars/shops within easy walking distance.
