There were a few issues with the pipes due to the weather, but the management team was responsive and got someone over to address the issue within a few hours. The property was a great size for the number of people we had. The bathrooms could use some extra attention to cleaning. Overall, we had a good stay despite a few hiccups. Would recommend to others.

Rental is close to what’s described and honestly a great value!!
However there are things you should know! My thoughts were that it was dark… now that I think about it… the blinds weren’t opened so that’s why. We were there in the winter.. using heat, the master bedroom is hotter than main area. Has a ceiling fan & a small fan in the room.
living space off the kitchen steps down… it takes a bit to get used to.
Dining table has 4 chairs! odd… there is room for 8.
never found a place to play DVDs
kitchen… Greatly lacking in decent pots and pans!!! 1 teeny skillet but coating is very scratched. 1 larger skillet also scratched. saw two small rusted sheet pans. other pots but I didn’t look at them… large… only 1 small pot. Not many bowls or storage containers. coffee maker is a kurig, didn’t see tea kettle.
Need more/better tools. No spatula, can opener doesn’t work.

The vibe the house had was Great.

Overall, a good place if you need a place to sleep. As stated in the listing there is no kitchen. No table for eating, no dishes (not even paper plates), no spoons, forks, etc. only cups for coffee, tiny refrigerator, and a microwave. In good weather, the patio and table would be lovely but we had cold rainy winter weather. Also note that there is no heater. The space is small around the bed and it is difficult to sit at the "work space" because it is so close to the edge of the bed. That being said, the bathroom and closet are spacious and the shower is great. The space is well decorated and looks like the photos. The host responded right away when we couldn't get the lock to work and even sent a technician after multiple failed attempts to get the electronic lock to work while we went to dinner. They finally left us a key to use in lieu of the electronics. If you want a living, cooking, work space you will need more room. If you are going to be out and about, this is a good place.
