Unlike US we found out that in Mexico they do not supply you with drinking water. You must buy it yourself. Also there was no paper towels or trash bags. We had to supply our own. Not a huge deal but not handy when traveling. Other than that good time.
A couple of negatives…there was a smell in one of the bathrooms that made it unusable. We did contact the owner midway through our stay and it was not addressed while we were there.
The stairs going up to the living area of the condo do not have a banister. I only point this out that if you have an issue with stairs, there is nothing to hold onto. Might be difficult for seniors with balance issues.
The garbage is way down at the end of the complex.. if you don’t have a car, you have to walk your garbage down a couple of streets. We actually had our driver take us down there.
These are small things but overall a fantastic stay
