Great, modern apartment a stones throw from Guardamar's lovey beachfront so easy walking distance to everywhere in town. The apartment was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The rooftop pool has amazing views over the town.

Everything was great, from communication and check-in to cleanliness. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms, and the apartment is large and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. The apartment was warm and cozy, we stayed there for a few nights in December. It is also centrally located, close to several restaurants and bars.

The flat is better located than the pictures give credit. Everything was ok, the kitchen could be better equipped, as a family of 4 making dinner more often than eating out it was not ideal.
The area is calm and kept clean.
Definitely would consider it again if returning to Punta Prima.

The listing doesn’t do this place justice at all! We stayed for four days with two young children and we couldn’t fault the place. They have everything you could need or want - iron, clothes dryer, hair styling appliances, cleaning supplies, literally everything. The area is quiet and the apartment is very close to shops and restaurants as well as the pool being warm and clean. Everything is run by a professional holiday let business who responded quickly to any questions we had and were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment
