The apartment was satisfactory for our week in Rome. We have communicated with the hosts about a few things that need fixing/providing and they were responsive. Pros: two large bedrooms with comfy beds and plenty of storage; good wifi; great bathroom; good heating; 2 minute walk to a decent supermarket (Pewex); restaurants within walking distance. Cons: No dishwasher (which we knew about, but still worth pointing out); kitchen was useable but was missing a few items (kettle, sharp scissors…) that would have made our stay easier & more enjoyable; laundry was also useable but needs maintenance; living room could be improved as it was sparse and not particularly cosy (e.g. there were no cushions or blankets, no floor rug, only 1 couch allowing 2-3 people to sit comfortably); the elevator was useful but required walking up 2 flights of stairs to access. Overall, we did have a pleasant stay and if you were to eat out often then this apartment would be a decent place to stay.
