L'emplacement est très central (plaza Mayor et Puerta del sol à 5-10 minutes de marche maximum), nombreux restaurants, boulangeries, bar, supermarché, métro à proximité.
L'appartement est comme neuf, très bien équipé, et assez spacieux.
La literie est confortable, et tout était très propre à notre arrivée.
Quant au points négatifs, je dirai que l'appartement manque de luminosité, et il manquait quelques petits détails comme de l'huile de cuisson, du sel et du poivre par exemple.
Le quartier peut ne paraître pas sûr à certains moments, mais nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes.
Je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Madrid.
