Beautiful place, spacious. Close to everything, quiet neighborhood. Responsive host anytime I needed to reach out. My only complaint is we had to buy a lot to get through the week; salt & pepper, coffee filters, dish soap, extra trash bags, extra toilet paper and paper towels (which we expected this - it is listed what is provided). Also had to pay extra to use the BBQ & heat the pool - both listed in the listing, not a surprise fee but figured at least the BBQ would come with the cost of the stay. There were plenty of towels and linens. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Close to everything. Instructions were a little difficult to figure out at first but once we found the place the first time, it was easy. Love that it had access to the two clubhouses. I would stay here again, regardless of having to buy some extra essentials.

The unit itself was spotless and in good condition. However, when we arrived we found the slider in the master bedroom wide open, the slider in the living room would not lock. We also felt this unit was missing basic items such as: baking sheets, spatula, and some basic cooking/baking necessities: dish towels, kitchen towels. Also, the master bathroom had 2 body towels.
We were a little discouraged as prior to our booking we inquired if this unit was first floor. DecoNova assured us that it was first floor and “no stairs.” As soon as we walked in, the first thing we encountered were stairs.
We ask that DecoNova provide accurate information on their properties, equip their units adequately, and be responsive. We couldn’t get our guests on the list to grant them access, even on the last day of our stay!! Gate kept refusing them saying they weren’t on list. DecoNova claims they were?!
However, we do think this unit was well taken care of and clean- so overall it was pleasant.
