It's very close to a large number of all types of restaurants, shops, etc. An attendant escorted us to our rooms and explained everything to us. Communication was easy; they respond immediately. Plenty of coffee, toilet paper, bath towels and paper towels. A big water jug is provided and will be replaced as needed at no cost. Air conditioning in the rooms worked very well. As good as it was, some details might be important to some people. They only allow 2 entry cards and one is for the electricity, so if there are two people, you must coordinate entering & leaving. It's at the top of a steep hill. Golf cart will carry you up & down up 2/3 of the way between 8a and 9p. Krabi is always very hot, but there is no or little air conditioning in the lobby, hallways or elevators. You must put used toilet paper in trashcan instead of toilet; when flushing, there is often residue that you will want to remove with the attached toilet sprayer.. Overall, we were pleased.
