I want to start by saying the house looked exactly like the photos. It was very spacious and the housekeeping staff was great. The neighborhood was safe. There are a few cafes, a pharmacy, and grocery store in walking distance. The location is kinda secluded and if you use taxis to travel to the beach zone or downtown Tulum it’s very expensive. We used the chef services and the food was delicious. Before booking the listing did not mention extra cost for meals. The listing now mentions it after I contacted them. The meal prices are slightly more than that of a moderately priced restaurant. Our second day there the power and water was out from around 7am to 2pm. It was neighborhood wide and no fault of the property, however we didn’t receive any contact regarding it. It wasn’t until we left the property and happened to see our concierge at another property down the street where we were informed of the cause of the outage. Overall the house is 5/5 and location 3.5/5

First time in Tulum for my birthday i had the chance to stay at this beautiful villa, and it was amazing, the staff was really nice and helpful 🙏🏽 the house is exactly how it is in the pictures, nice view and super clean 🙏🏽 we really enjoyed our stay nd we definitely coming back
