We were six people: my wife, mother-in-law, and three children (6, 9, 16). We had a wonderful time!
Kuhn (house manager) made everything possible—groceries, cooking, massages, drivers—while always being discreet.
The house is spacious and very clean. The pool was a dream for the kids, and the view was breathtaking.
The beach is a 5-min walk downhill**, but you must cross a busy road. The way back is steeper, but taxis (2-5€) are available. The beach was clean, beautiful, and never overcrowded.
Ferry ports and most attractions in the south are 30 min away.
We truly enjoyed our stay.

The entire home was for us, clear rooms and bathroom, fresh trowels every day, staff was very friendly and helpful when needed, they provided privacy when needed and requested. Pool temperature was perfect for the hot weather and private access to the beach. There are not a lot convenience stores nearby and was very challenging and difficult to get a taxi sometimes. Kids are a blast, enjoyed the facilities and had fresh fruits every morning. Very spacious rooms and all with individual climate control.

We are four couples and totally enjoyed our stay at Villa Borimas. Our only complaint was the doorless toilets in the second-floor bedrooms, which should be more suitable for a single person than sharing. Khun Pum, the villa manager, was super responsive, answering all our enquiries and giving recommendations. So were Khun Noon and Khun Niam, who took care of our meals and housekeeping.

This has the absolute best location! The Infiniti pool overlooks the beach perfectly. It is also easily walkable to the town or beach. The private chefs were amazing and we had the best food! Nong was incredible with her communication and helped us with everything. We asked to have massages at the house and they were there within 20 minutes! It was my birthday and Nong arranged for a cake to be brought in and decorations all over 💖. We even had laundry done quickly and efficiently. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The housekeeping was impeccable. This was the best birthday and I hope to come back!
