This was our first stay on 30A in Santa Rosa/Seaside. The home was stunning, new, and beautiful. The 7 bedrooms and 7 en suite bathrooms made our stay very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed all the amenities: the hot tub, the pool, the ping pong table, golf cart, bikes, and of course, the nearby beach. The access area to the beach was very close. The control panel for the hot tub was not present so we did have to call to set up times to run the hot tub. The kitchen area is open and great for entertaining. Large windows allowed plenty of light and great viewing of the Santa Rosa area. We enjoyed a spectacular New Year's Eve view of the fireworks show. The elevator was a wonderful bonus when bringing luggage to the 3rd floor. Overall, it was one of the nicest homes we stayed in and we would definitely love to stay here again.
