Hot tub was lovely to come back to after a long walk .
Peaceful location but within easy drive of Fowey . Would definitely come again.
Great locations - pub 50 paces and beach 100 paces from the door. Easy 10/15 minute walk into Port Isaac and easy access to other areas.
Port Gaverene pub/ hotel lovely to visit - cosy and very good food. Would highly recommend the sunday lunch.
Really good to have an allocated parking space, especially useful in busier periods.
Accomodation was good. Felt like home from home. Some minor niggles - sofas have been well used, little chilly the time of year we visited ( sadly the wood burner had needed to be removed, but understand this is to be replaced ) particularly downstairs so we were glad we had taken our fan heaters.
Beds were comfy with lovely fresh linen. Double bedroom snug, so easy to hit legs on the wooden frames and in the twin room a light right outside the external door that cannot be turned off. But would still return and recommend. Well equipped and clean
The only thing I’d note was that it was right next to the pub - which was brilliant (welcoming and dog friendly), but I feel it could be quite noisy in the summer.
Overall we’d recommend staying here for a lovely beachy holiday.
