L'appartement est neuf, très bien situé, pratique avec une place de parking dans le souterrain.
En sortant de l'immeuble, vous avez la plage en traversant la rue et une belle promenade au bord de mer avec des cafés sympas.
Le centre ville est à 7 minutes à pied et il est très sympa pour une après-midi de shopping.
L'unique point négatif est le manque d'un système de climatisation....
