Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location which is around a 20 minute walk from the centre of Trastevere. Very peaceful, the sounds of trains did not disturb us!

We were greeted by a nice gentleman who gave us a tour of the apartment and went over some paperwork we had to sign per law in Rome. There was a nice bottle of wine and some tasty snack awaiting us. We had a rough first night with the sounds of a party and music maybe from a neighbor but every night after that it was quiet and peaceful. I do recommend having earplugs handy around the weekend or a noise machine. The apartment has the potential to be better than it is starting with a new mattress and pillows. The bed took some getting used to and for the price, it should be better. The furniture in general is worn and tired. There is a lot to like about the place as it's roomy and the location is great. There is plenty of closet space and the essentials you need to make a nice Campo dei Fiori experience. The host was very responsive and concerned for our peace and quiet and I really appreciated their attention to our needs. With a new mattress and pillows, I would book this place again.

O apartamento é muito bonito e confortável. A cozinha é bem equipada, eletrodomésticos novos, tudo funcionando muito bem. Os quartos são grandes com boas camas. Os banheiros estão novos. A sala de estar é muito agradável, com livros de muito bom gosto. A localização é excelente, em uma rua tranquila mas próxima de restaurantes e lojas.
A comunicação com a empresa foi ágil e muito eficiente.

Great apartment with fantastic beds and shower. Easy commute to everywhere, the bus on the corner takes you straight to the Vatican and other sights. Although it did not alter our rating and would still recommend, please note it is a very noisy street withs lots of sirens due to the proximity to a hospital. We spent 7 days here and we were very comfortable.

Gute Wohnung am nahegelegenen Bahnhof Trastevere.
Wir wurden nett empfangen und uns wurde alles wichtige gezeigt.
Schöne Dachterasse. Bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer.
Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, in der Küche fehlten ein paar Sachen, z.B eine Spülbürste, ein Geschirrhandtuch und Spülmaschinentabs. Das Geschirr war auch nicht sauber.
Das Sofa haben wir in der Zeit als Schlafsofa genutzt. Ist jedoch nur für Kinder ein möglicher Schlafplatz.
Zu unserer Zeit wurde die Wohnung darunter kernsaniert. Auf Anfragen auf mögliche Kostenerstattung wurde reagiert, aber lediglich nur mit: „Wir wenden uns an den Besitzer und der wiederum an die Hausverwaltung“. Was schade ist, da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern angereist sind, die tagsüber noch Mittagsschlaf halten.
Das fahren der Züge muss man wissen, stört jedoch nachts nicht.
Preis-Leistung stimmen hier nicht.
