We stayed at David’s for a night while needing a place close to the Hot Springs Convention Center. It was easy to get to, parking was convenient and free, and there were a few very easy to walk to restaurants! The only reason we gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the walls are really thin, so when your neighbor is watching a movie late it can be difficult to get to sleep. That is no fault of David’s…it’s just something to consider if you have a little who goes to bed early and needs quiet to do so. We brought a sound machine but could still hear the movie next door perfectly. The value and location far outweigh the negative and we will totally keep this place in mind should we need this location again!!

Loved this condo. Had everything that was needed to make a comfortable stay. If I come back to the area I would love to stay here again. Downtown Little Rock is less than 5 minutes away and the airport is about 10 minutes away.
