Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa. Tout était parfait! La vue était superbe, le complexe offrait toutes les commodités annoncées et même plus. L’endroit était calme et reposant. La vue était magnifique autant assis dans le salon que sur le quai. C’était parfait! Il y a quelques petites épiceries ou dépanneurs à proximité. Pour faire les achats pour la semaine, nous sommes allés au Foster’s qui est à une vingtaine de minutes de route en voiture. La location de voiture est fortement recommandée. Ce fut des vacances mémorables avec un excellent service! Je n’hésite pas à recommander ce logement!

Great location! There is construction in the area just like any other island. Fosters which is the main grocer on the island is very close will have everything you need. Condo is set up perfectly there is a bathroom in each room very convenient for groups or families. Kitchen is well equipped for at home cooking. Washer and dry are a plus. Definitely need a car on this island to ensure you don’t miss out or loose time. Area is quiet but close to where you need to go. The furthest you will have to drive is 45min to get to the other side, where the caves are located. Pool was refreshing for the boys to cool off after a long day on the beach. To top it all off the view is worth every penny. Do not hesitate book now !

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our needs. They were able to make the second bedroom 2 beds for our 2 teenagers and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed (plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, towels, laundry soap, k-cups, dishes, etc) The beach out front is beautiful and private. You can see starfish right out front! Kaibo is a short walk down the beach and a great restaurant, and Starfish Point is a short walk the other direction. The condo was a perfect home base for our vacation in paradise. Highly recommend!

Pools at the Kai #3 was a fabulous and fantastic condo. Quiet and peaceful location. Great amenities. Very clean. This is a great place to relax, unwind, and decompress. Two really good restaurants within walking distance. Rum Point Club and Kaibo. Kaibo knocks it out of the park. I stayed on this quiet side of the island to avoid the crowds of the west touristy side

Beautiful location, nice quite part of the island. Had some issues at check in and toiletry supplies. The company assigns a property manager, but ours was out of the country. Seems like a large management company that would have someone fill in when property managers our not there.
