Beautiful condo, extremely clean, nicely stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and seating in the living room and balcony, nice quality toiletries provided. Three beach chairs and 5 sets of snorkeling gear also provided. We loved the pool & hot tub and having coffee each morning on the balcony while enjoying the amazing view. The West Bay Area was great, not too touristy but close drive to everything on Seven Mile Beach, including favorite restaurants Bonny Moon and dining at the Kimpton Hotel. We also loved Nova and Vivo for dinner, both very close to the condo. We didn’t walk anywhere due to the lack of sidewalks. We took taxis (definitely more expensive than Uber in the states but we were too nervous to drive) and also used the β€œbus” (vans) that came by the condo frequently, only $2.50 per ride. Loved our stay overall and hope to return!

The north side of the island was significantly windier than the south and west sides of the island with the winter/February winds. We were disappointed we weren't able to use any kayaking equipment and weren't able to snorkel very well at the house because the winds/waves were so large. That being said, the rest of the island is super easy to navigate and there are so many places to go that were calmer, and SO many public beach access points everywhere that we loved. The house itself had all the kitchen equipment that we needed (we prefer to cook in for meals) and pots/pans were all in very good shape. I was a little surprised at the amount of long black hairs on just about everything (floors, towels, bedding) but the pool at the house was well cleaned and the grounds were maintained well. I wish beach chairs came with the house, but a lot of the public beaches had seating, which was awesome! We were impressed with Grand Cayman Villas as a company, just not as impressed with the house.

A private backyard paradise to swim,snorkel and have the waves lull you to sleep. The house was gorgeous and looked exactly how pictured.
The owners were responsive and easy to contact. Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay at the condo. It was peaceful and away from the crowds. It was nice and quiet. Cool perk is it is a 3 min walk from Starfish point, about 15 minute drive from the Crystal caves. The condo has a unique design and has great views. It was very cozy and would love to stay there again.
