Happy in the Sun is een prima verhuurkantoor met vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Bij vragen krijg je onmiddellijk antwoord. Het appartement is goed en zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Er zijn enkele kleine opmerkingen zoals terrasmeubilair (op het dakterras) dat zijn beste tijd heeft gehad. Wat ook geen overbodige luxe zou zijn is een waterkoker en enkele koffietassen meer. Happy in the Sun is hiervan in kennis gesteld en gaat dat doorgeven aan de eigenaar.
