Mark's apartment matches the photos. There is a gorgeous view from the balcony! Shops, beach and cafes within walking distance. Having a parking space is ideal for traveling. It was also very helpful that the washer and dryer were right outside the apartment door. Other reviews contain information about noise and this is absolutely true, the noise of cars and music in them is very audible, so if you are a light sleeper, keep this in mind. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and refrigerator. There are dishes, a small frying pan and a small saucepan. It would be great to have a couple more plates to add to the existing ones and one 2.5-3 liter saucepan, as well as a regular knife with a flat, sharp blade. This housing is worth the money and I would recommend it.

Great location, you can walk to Waikiki, then go to some local Poke place or bar, or Ice Cream Rolls food booth, or small Musubi place. Everything is nearby. Parking on site is a cool amenity, saves a lot of headache, there’s no street parking near Waikiki.
There’s construction site on the next lot, and they start around 7-7:30am, so be prepared for loud noises . Also it’s a third floor, and there’s no elevator. It’s fine with me, but be prepared.
Location has surfboards, body boards, swimming and snorkeling gear in the garage.
