A vasútállomáshoz és a belvároshoz nagyon közel(5-6 perc séta)egy nagy játszótér mellett helyezkedik el.
A vendéglátó kimagaslóan odafigyel a vendégekre. Tökéletes és pontos információk.
Azonnal válaszolnak minden kérdésre, nagyon segítőkészek. A lakás tiszta és jól felszerelt.
A közelben(Via Alcide De Gasperi kb. 60 méter)kis pékség található nagyon finom helyben készített finomságokkal és nagyon barátságos pékmesterrel. Bolt (MD)kb.7 perc.

This was our first time in Italy and we had an amazing stay. Our host made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived and was very understanding and responsive throughout our stay. I did see that some guest had issues with the music but it was only on the weekend that the music is playing until 1 am in the little club at the corner, but we did not have any issues falling asleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the views from the entrance and the balcony. You get hear and see locals go about their day. Will definitely be coming back!

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Bahnhof in 5 Min. erreichbar und die wundervolle Bucht ebenso. Zahlreiche Eisdielen und Cafés in der nächsten Umgebung. Der Wohnraum mit der für diese Region typischen Bauweise der Decke ist besonders. Gute Matratzen und sehr ruhig in der Nacht (Reisezeit Oktober). Die Bettdecke war etwas dünn. Eine zweite Decke zum Überlegen wäre zu dieser Reisezeit angenehm gewesen.
Zum Kochen ungeeignet, da nur eine Elektroplatte vorhanden ist. Danke für den eisgekühlten Rose und das Gebäck zur Begrüßung!
Die Kommunikation war hilfreich, freundlich und schnell. Etwas viele, sich wiederholende Informationen vor Beginn der Reise, was eher irritiert als hilft. Der flexible Check-In und Check-out ohne zusätzliche Kosten war sehr angenehm und hat uns geholfen.
