Stayed in January and the balcony got sun until 3 in the afternoon.Area was very quiet at night,3 grocery stores about a minutes walk with restaurants .If you want to buy a lot of food there is an underground supermarket in the san euginio shopping centre 2 minutes down the hill which is the best value.I barely heard any noise from Aqualand,it looked very quiet most days.The resort has a pool but i didn't go near it because the balcony was awesome.also there is a side entrance to the complex with a lift opposite a shortcut to the windmill .The view of the mountains is beautiful and i would love to go back.
My only complaint would be that the bed was quite hard and there was only sheets but no blankets

Great apartment for us while in Tenerife- we travelled as 5 adults & our 9 month old baby. the bedrooms were as listed- air con in master & fans in 2 others. Large open plan kitchen diner & 2 lovely balconies. Had a good travel cot, bath tub & high chair for the baby 😊

Nice apartment, great balcony and view. There was a lot of stairs to get to the second floor and no lift.
We were told there was a pool bar but the owner died some time ago and it is no longer open.
Its more of a residential complex as there are many dogs and cats around. We think it is overpriced and would not book this apartment again.
